I am writing to let you know I am so pleased and amazed at the installation of my new A/C by Tony. After diagnosing the problem, I decided to have a new A/C installed. Within one day, Sunday, Tony was back. He worked tirelessly for probably six hours in the heat and without stopping or with anyone’s help, removed the old equipment and replaced it with the new including a new slab. He also updated the antiquated pipes with new PVC now configured to make everything more accessible, including bringing the electrical up to code and closing off the space above the handler. I know he worked on my son Cookie’s house, much bigger than mine and they were also amazed. Also, he left the area immaculate including vacuuming and you would never know an A/C had just been installed.
Tony is an exemplary employee and I just wanted to acknowledge his hard work. Would I recommend your company and Tony to everyone…definitely. 6/27/2018

Frank is the most honest, efficient + caring business man I know. His first question over the phone (+ he didn’t even know me) was: is my A/C working ? I highly recommend you give this man a call for any a/c problems or even a maintenance program. He is dependable ! I had an estimate written on a Friday evening at 6 pm and not only was he $1,000.00 cheaper then most people, he installed it completely on Fathers Day which was the following Sunday ! His workers Tony + James were very professional, informative + trustworthy. Frank even stopped in on occasion to make sure I was happy. They all take pride in their jobs and I am impressed. You will be also because those large companies will only put you on hold + could care less if you are sweating to death or have an older person living in your home needing air. They are extremely neat; they put drop clothes down to make sure they do not make a mess. They are friendly and do not rush the job which makes me feel confident they are doing a good job. My A/C unit was 20 years old, they gave me an estimate which sounded fair and since I trust their service I didn’t bother getting other estimates.

AC wasn’t working. Another company told us that we needed to replace the entire unit which would have cost thousands of dollars. Spinelli replaced a broken switch and fixed the problem for $193.00. The AC has been working fantastic ever since.

This company is the greatest A/C company in South Florida. Having worked with MANY of them, I would trust my systems to NO ONE ELSE. The owner is personable, helpful, and honest – and all the technicians I have met are very much like him. I strongly recommend that you use them to the exclusion of all the posers, fakes, and surfers that show up when you call any other company in the area.
The board they found was in a sore state because of a failure to properly drain the internal system (by the installers, who were pathetic, but the best of the worst at the time). So glad they identified it and brought it to my attention. Sure, i could replace it myself – but the work ethic to come on time, properly inspect the systems, write up a report, show me the problem, identify the part, cost, and labor value? That’s worth gold – when others in the area would either never identify it, and in my experience not tell you if they did. I paid them, and will continue to do so, as a loyal customer for life.
